The Lady of Justice restoration is in full swing!

Our talented team is hard at work making sure this historic community beacon is ready to be reinstalled coming up this Fall, 2021. Our team is patching, reinforcing and bolstering her internal structure to ensure another 250 years plus of watching over the great city of Napoleon, Ohio.

“The Lady” is constructed from sheets of zinc. She stands at approximately 13 ft tall and is hollow with a pole that goes up the middle of her for stability. It is astounding that she has lived on top of the Courthouse for 141 years. Unfortunately, she has seen better days. However, our team is committed to bringing her back to her full glory and regalia. Once finished, she will have no holes or tears in her surfaces. In addition, she will have a completely refreshed color palette and her internal structure will be constructed of all stainless steel.
